Personal information including therapist notes will not be given, sold or leased to a third party with the exception of a court order from a court of law. Please note that all our therapists belong to either BACP or UKPC and therefore abide by their strict code of ethics

All individuals have the right to access and request personal information held by Bay View Practice. Individuals have the right to amend or erase their personal data at any time. To do this personal identity will be required and verified.
